What information do we collect and how we use it?
As a customer of Ofpact we ask you to provide us with some corporate information such as your companies name, email address and phone number.
• We need your e-mail address in order to send you confirmation of your membership, your newsletter and sales    statements. We will use email as the main method of communication.
• We would use your phone number if we need to contact you urgently or cannot reach you by email
• We ask you where you heard about ofpact and we use this information to analyse the effectiveness of the    various publicity campaigns.
This site may contain links to other sites that we are not partnered with, however, Ofpact is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Sharing the information of our Site
We will not share the information that you give us with anyone else without prior agreement in writing.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcements by email. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Changes to our Privacy Statement
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we would notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
