The membership contract for Ofpact is as flexible as possible. Ofpact is here to help studios, not rip them off. We have therefore worked closely with Osborne Clarke who are europes leading firm of copyright lawyers with offices all over the European union to create a flexible and straightforward contract that gives the greatest level of protection and ease of exit to the studios.

In order for Ofpact to fight fraud on behalf of the studios it is necessary for studios to assign the rights for Ofpact to act on their behalf in any prosecution. This does not grant Ofpact any rights over the product and merely allows Ofpact to deal effectively with those who breach copyright law. In other words Ofpact is only empowered to act on their behalf in a prosecution it does not confer any rights over the product.
